My baby 60 days old with weight 4.62kg used to poo 4 times, suddenly reduced to one since last 2 days.His pee count is 7-9 .He is on breastfeed except for 1 feed probably 30-60mL once a day on fm.is it of concern

No it is not, just ensure he is gaining weight normally, peeing 6 to 8times and sleeping atleast for 2hours after each feeding
