Only one loose potty not in large amount  is not cause to worry. But large amount or more numbers are problematic. Look other symptoms as fever, pain abdomen, blood and mucous in stool. Look if child passing adequate urine. Give ORS after each large stool as much as child drinks. And if above symptoms present consult pediatrician nearby.
