Baby crying after 06 weeks immunization

My son is 47 days old, he has been crying a lot after getting immunization of 6 weeks of Pentavalent 1, OPV1  and Rotavirus 1 as per immunization schedule. Kindly suggest what may be the reason behind it and remedies.

Crying after immunization is common due to pain and partly due to vaccination induced fever which makes the child uncomfortable.
Next Steps
Give Paracetamol drops as per weight Drops Calpol maximum 6 hourly can be given and stop it if he is comfortable
Health Tips
if there is a swelling at vaccination site on thigh then ice application will also work. don't rub ice too hard just gentle ice application will do.

Hi Pain and swelling is usually expected after giving pentavalent vaccine. Give paracetamol drops for pain
