Hello, giving antibiotics for cold is often unnecessary, similarly Cetirizine should not be used routinely. I suggest to consult qualified pediatrician. Regarding vaccination, slight delay is acceptable, though antibiotics and mild cold etc are not contraindications for vaccination.
