My baby is suffering from some kind of body rash. Not sure if it's prickly heat. Its been four days and spreading till finger tips and some in palms too. I am attaching the photo for reference. It's not itchy and baby doesn't have any fever. She is 1 yr old only. Please suggest what it could be.
