My blood group is B negetive and my fiance's is B positive..We will any problems in pregnancy ??

This is called a rh negative pregnancy !! Problems will arise if u don't take precautions and u are carrying a rh positive baby An injection called anti d is what ur gynaecologist will give u antenatally Which will prevent complications !! So pls discuss with your gynaecologist.
