I am 51 years and undergoing a weight loss program. I have been prescribed to take 2 tablets 100mg of B long. My BP is on the higher side 145 / 95 without taking any BP medication. Need to know the reason to take this tablet and the safe dosage. My recent blood test shows a deficiency of D3 for which medication is started.
