If digestive capacity is very low then better to avoid. Most of the time nonveg foos are spicy and oily so we tell them to avoid

Ayurveda plans nonveg diet according to digestive capacity and disease condition. In a case you have nonveg food habits from child hood, and it's helpful in disease condition then a diet containing meat soup is planned. But if the nonveg is not suitable in a condition then it's adviced to stop it completely. In your case, better consult your doctor for the concerned stage of disease. whether it's suitable or not. But you can have a nonveg soup.(of course home made).
