Hi doctor, im 32 years old. The problem is when i masturbate it is having a good erection but during intercourse or using a condom my erection reduces. But some times during intercourse my erection is good and longstanding at least 10 mins and the pleasure is good. I was confused to understand the problem as sometimes it is good and sometimes not. Pls let know any ayurvedic medications to follow. I want to have a good erection when there is need. Pls note I'm teetotaller and have not used any medications still now.
