M 23 years old recent 6 mnths married since past 1yr I was suffering from rheumatoid arthritis but it decreased little comparing to my recent check up my ESR level is 40 .so last month I missed my periods and m positive pregnant now as me an my husband unplnnd we want to avoid pregnancy evn due to Rheumatoid Arthiritis i hav little weakness i feel m unhealthy so kindly plz suggest how can I avoid my pregnancy
