Avoid Pregnancy in lactation

I am having 4 months old daughter (10.08.2017) and she is on lactation only (nothing apart from it). My last period date was 20th Sept. Its been more than 35 days now and not got periods. So is it due to any hormonal issue or due to unsafe intercause. Can I use mifepristone + misopristole to avoid? Will it affect lectation of my baby? Thanks in advance

Your period could be delayed either because of lactation or due to unprotected sex.Pregnency should be ruled out.do your urine pregnancy test if it comes negative then consult a gynecologist for further confirmation by blood test. In case of urine pregnancy test positive you should consult a gynecologist for further management. It is not advisable to take mifepristone+ misopristole to take on your own,it should be taken under the guidance of a gynecologist.
