14 months old has been not responding to name and has less eye contact, no social smiles but  otherwise he is playful, active and  loves to eat everything babbles, shows a gesture by his hand, plays a peek a boo, youLoves tingling. Since I have doubt he is been having autistic symptoms I shown him to pediatrics,. He says he is too small to diagnose now it seems he is anemic hence his growth and development is slower. After one month of vitcofol and D3 medicine his eye contact imrpoved  smiles sometimes respond to name rarely. But he seems to be addictive to kids songs like whole day he roam around house play but with music. Does it is possible that brain development can be delayed by 6 to 8 months or it's Autism?

Already answered this question. Please refer back to my answer. Has the child’s interaction with you improved from before.? How is child’s interaction with other kids of his age / other family members? Does follow your instructions? Is he able to play with different toys? Any slow learner’s in family? You need to elaborate on the above
