Atopic dermatit n warts on face and legs

Hv used methotrexate 20mg for 14 months for atopic dermatitis but stopped this med 9 months ago dueto excessive hairfall. Past 6 months developed different kinds of warts on face and legs. Doc has prescribed tretiva 10mg for warts. I am a 21 year old male. I am worried about hair loss and side effects
