I am married 34 year old man with semen test readings, Ph- Alkaline, assistance-3 days, Sperm Count 27 mil/ml, Motility 25%(fast progressive 15%), immotile - 75%, Morphology Normal Sperm - 81% Since 4 four years we are trying for a baby, One IUI cycle over and failed. Please any one suggest the ultimate treatment for getting a baby soon.
