ASTHAKIND Dx with Allegra 180

Sir I was facing cough and fever last week . Fever cured with in 3 days after having pcm 650 .But cough is not going .I'm having cough with sputum for last 5 days but no result I am getting with ASTHAKIND Dx. No history of COPD , attack with Covid 19 in July and January this year . Lungs fibrosis after January attack.But that problem got solved after having inhailer .
