I'm 15weeks pregnancy lady,I have issue in my blood reports showing calculated risk for trisomy 21 is above cut off. Doctor have suggested us 3 treatments please suggest us on this issue how can we come out of this problem.

You have not attached ultrasound report. If that is showing abnormality go for amniocentesis. If that is normal, you can wait till 17 to 18 weeks, then repeat the scan if it is normal then there are 3 options 1) still termination 2) do amniocentesis ; if normal : continue pregnancy If abnormal : termination 3) if 18 weeks scan normal : continue pregnancy without amniocentesis If scan is abnormal : termination without doing amniocentesis report.
