My right arm shoulder is paining severely , can't move and carry something and I have light fever. Feeling tired . I had no injuries also. What will be it ? Fever causes pain only in a particular place ?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Febrinil 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days. Tab. Neurokind-LC twice a day after food for 5 days.
