Arm pain In my upper right arm

Hi there, so I have a lump in my upper left arm which started out as severe pain, I have had it for months now and I am going for an MRI on Friday, however now I just started experiencing the same kind of pain in my right arm but there is no lump, what could it possibly be? I really look forward to your response! Thank you very much!
