I am suffering from mania Which is more effective for bipolar mania with least side effects either aripiprazole Or risperidone i am currently on risperidone facing mental slowness, sexual dysfunction Please review

Unfortunately most of the antipsychotics do have sexual side effects and  individuals respond differently to different medication, Choice of medicine depends on your symptom status Pls discuss with your treating doctor for alternatives
