Are these pregnancy symptoms??

I've done 1st cycle of IUI on 8th and 9th of Jan, 2018. Today I'm on 8th day post IUI. I feel pain in my navel area and there are sudden pulls. Also, I'm restless in the night when I try to sleep. Is this normal? Are these pregnancy symptoms? Please help!

Consult Now
Go for serum hcg test for pregnancy? If higher hcg level it confirm pregnancy. Go for sonography to rule out tubal pregnancy
