My uncle is 62 year old. He is diabetic since 20 years, he is taking medicines for diabetes. He is having a problem of bad smell from mouth from past 1 year. There is no problem in his teeth or tongue. He wants to know some remedies to remove mouth smell?

hi.. bad breath or halitosis can be caused due to number of reasons like -poor dental hygeine -strong food and beverages - smoking -dry mouth - throat diseases or infection etc an examination can be done to find the underlying cause Home remedies that can be done include - brush twice a day - tongue cleaning - use a mouth rinse -stop smoking - staying well hydrated
