I am a spiritually inclined person who has almost no sexual thoughts and desires. I keep myself engaged in devotional practice. No question arises of watching pornography or other erotic stuff. I am single and do not have any sexual relationships, nor do I masturbate. But at times, I get erotic dreams and find myself ejaculating and wake up with a mess in my underwear. It makes me feel guilty and haunts me. Is it an unavoidable phenomenon or can be avoided? Is it something to feel guilty about?
