Approx 7.5cm sized dermoid cyst on both

21 yrs old female patient, suffering from dermoid cyst on both the sides of ovary sized approx 7.5cm. Laproscopy is recommended and chaces may arrive to remove uterus. Is there a cure without removing uterus ? pls advise.

Most of the time they remove only ovaries through laproscopy. Only treatment of choice for dermoid cyst is it's removal.
