unless there is currently some infection on the keloid - Nadoxin and betadine will do nothing to improve it. if there IS an infection currently then clean with betadine solution mixed with water in 1:1 ratio. wipe it off with a clean gauze and then apply Nadoxin cream. For better resolution of your keloid there are options of intralesional injection into the keloid at 3 weeks interval which in 2-3 sessions help decrease the size by almost 50-70% . you can come to my clinic and consult if you wish.
