Required Preoperative Evaluation:-
Diagnosis by imaging: CT scan/ultrasound to characterize size, wall features and rule out signs of rupture or spread.
Evaluate for PMP signs (peritoneal mucin, ascites, implants).
Tumour markers (CEA, CA 19-9) may assist but are non-specific.
