Appendicitis confirmed

Namaste Doctor, My son aged 6.5 years confirmed appendicitis today by ultrasound scan and blood test also done. It's 5.7 mm in ultrasound report. We consult general surgeon he suggested medicine and only liquid food for some days because of our child does not stand and walk himself of Cerebral palsy complaint. Except that everything is fine mental ability and speech. But our son unable to bear stomach pain and crying continuously.We consulted Doctor for surgery. But doctor saying he unable to bear anesthesia. Only follow liquid food and injections for some days.We unable to see our son pain. Tomorrow we are going to do CT scan also. What would we can do with this moment is there any complications if we go for surgery please suggest.

As appendix is 5.7mm, so it can be control with a tibiotic treatment if child is hemodynamically stable...

You better follow the pediatric surgeon advice . They have to stick with strict protocol in management of acute appendicitis.
