I've been experiencing Anxiety - Vomiting for about a year so far, although I haven't seen or talked to anyone about it.
All i want to do is to be able to not throw up when i'm about to go do something that makes me even mildly nervous.
I've read online that anxiety is chronic, and just won't go away. But is their a way to make it better? So that I don't throw up everytime?
