Hello dear doctors It's been now 3 months I am suffering from anxiety attacks and palpitations... I Google up symptoms even in case of little fever. Google says you are about to die. And says I will get a heart attack soon. I used to be a lively and jolly girl. It has affected my professional life big time. I feel scared going out now. I feel light headed as I spend my entire day sleeping coz I am scared. I have done my complete body check up including ecg and echo. Blood tests of all for no reasons. Every report is normal. It seems I will die. Pls help.. Pls pls. Thank you and regards.
