I visited a physician and she gave me homeopathic medicine for 3 days.And said it may be because of stress.My pulse rate was okay.

Usually diastolic bp doesn’t increase with anxiety . It’s systolic bp that increases. No harm in consultation Nh a cardiologist . If u are averse to going in person take an online consultation
