Anxiety and stomach problem

I was suffering from stomach problem before 3 months and after that anxiety! So since 15 days i am taking homeopathy medicine and doctor told that i am giving you antidotes and usual medicines but since 4-5 days my stomach problems are reappearing ! Is it good sign or bad sign ? Is the medicine working ?
