It is not recommended to take anticoagulants prophylaxis unless patient has underlying risk factors which past Pulmonary embolism, two or more episodes of DVT or DVT once with positive APLA profile underlying heart disease like AF or cardiac valve replacement.
Anticoagulants have serious side effects including life threatening bleeding like brain haemorrhage so I would advice against used anticoagulants.
