Antibiotics usage

Hi, earlier this year around March, I had a throat infection due to which I was advised to have augmentin 650mg. In November, due to an insect bite, I developed a skin infection for which I was put on Erythromycin for 5 days. Unfortunately, just recently, due to an infected would I have been put in augmentin 650mg for 8 days. I understand that antibiotics are required to get rid of infections. I'm also confident about the advice I received from good experienced doctors. But I still wanted to know how much is too much when it comes to consumption of antibiotics. I had a similar trend even in 2017 when I kept getting throat infections. Was on antibiotics 3-4 times a year.

This is a subjective question . Every person is different and tolerates medication differently. But generally speaking do not worry . I am.more concerned about you becoming repeatedly sick multiple times in a year . Maybe if possible get your immunity checked .
