ANTIBIOTIC TO TREAT TYPHOID FEVER

My father is suffering from typhoid fever and his titres are positive till 1:320. Which is a better combination of antibiotic in such case? Cefixime + Azithromycin Or Cefuroxime Axetil + Levofloxacin Or is there any other antibiotic to treat it in a better way?

See widal is  not a confirmatory test ..either go for blood culture or take advice of a doctor
