Anti thyroglobuline high level, low B12

Hello. I have a problem with the results of my blood tests. The result of antithyroglobulin was 4000, considering the maximum is 175. Also the B12 vitamin the minimum is 185 and mine is 157. Now i am really panicked and i want to know if i die until Monday.
