Anterior cruciate ligament tear

My knee is injured and I do a MRI.In the report of MRI is written that are as follows: 1:Stir hyperintensity is seen lateral femoral and tibial condyle. 2: Anterior cruciate ligament is detached from the joint cavity with bulking of posterior cruciate ligament is noted.However posterior cruciate shows normal. Now what can I do??

If the ACL is completely detached(all the fibres) , it need surgical repair.
