Ant sting in my eye

An ant entered in my eye,I tried to remove it manually but its some body part was left in my eye and I am unable to remove it. Its paining too much and eye becomes completely red. Please help me out,I have done every effort to remove it but I failed. Please help me.

You should visit nearest ophalmologist & he will wash your eyes properly with normal saline or distilled water ,till you may use Tobrex eye drops & Refresh liquigel eye drops 5-6 times.
