Hi Doctors, My right leg Ankle has some numbness since some time It's very little portion of outside. Initially it was little and noticing gradually increasing. Vitamin 12 checked by Doctor where it's normal. Plz suggest what could be reason and remedy for same

You should go once for Physiotherapy and take TENS & Hot pack...after that Neurodynamics...nerve mobilisation by therapist. Factors also depend on Diabetes & Thyroid factors.
