Ankle dislocated - surgery

Hi , I m age 27 had an accident in ech my ankle dislocated. Surgery was done n its been 3 month's now and the bone is in good shape doctor said but i can't walk wthout walker i want to understand wat treatment is required now for me to walk without support please help!

Start physiotherapy as early as possible other wise your ankle become stiff and muscles around joint become weak.

Hello. U need physiotherapy sessions after surgery.. for strengthening ur Ankle & foot muscles.. if pain persists then wax bath to b given.  It vl help u in better way.. weight bearing exercises r given accordingly. Stability exs r taught & to b done at home..
