Living with tension, problems will take you nowhere. Begin where you can begin by work with logical and practical goals in life, whether in academics or personal life by focusing on one thing at a time.
Take a paper and pen, list out what you want to accomplish, set a target and start working on each of them. It seems to me that you keep dreaming without executing the tasks.
Seek help of a Mentor or consult a Counsellor to systematically work on your life.
Long way to go in life as there are many exciting things waiting for you to achieve. Don't be an escapist by saying you want to shut off your life. No even worth a thought.
