Outer walls of my anus are swelled without any pain or discomfort. It becomes apparent while defecation otherwise it is not noticeable. What it could be?

It may be piles or rectal prolapse but it may be a normal Anatomy for you Please share if it is a recent complaint or it’s since many years Always mention the duration of your complaints And any change with time

It can be external hemarrhoids. Kindly take plenty of fibre diet and laxative. Try to get consultation from a general surgeon

complete history is very much need for diagnosing internal hemorrhoids and to grade the hemorrhoids ...according to u say i think it is grade I hemorrhoids.....
Next Steps
need anoscopy/proctoscopy to indentify the position of hemorrhoid,number of internal hemorrhoids,size ...many more things .
