Hi Sir , I am facing a terrible issue for the last few days. In my anal side there is a swelling around the hole . It's paining right now and i am not able to understand what is happening . Kindly help to recover myself . Photo is also added if possible you can check it. (It's a disturbing image so if possible you can check it)
