Blood in loo. It was painful and burning sensation after that . Usually tight loo like constipation every alternate day. Missed periods maybe because of it .

Firstly tell the Duration of symptoms, it was a fresh blood or not
Next Steps
Take lot of fluids,  warm water,  lot of vegetables and fruits if still u feel constipation u can isabgol 2tsf with curd or water
