Had a Hard stool few days before.. That scratched my Anal.. Now I have a fissure in my anal.. Now I don't have any constipation problem.. But that fissure got hurt while going bathroom.. And it is continuously itching, so I am not able to concentrate on any work.. kindly suggest medicine for fissure & Urgently I need a cream to relieve itching.. Thanks in advance
