Anal etching problem

I face the problem of etching around the anus since last half year. I already consult skin specialist for that but my problem is not solved. Sometimes i feel my stomatch was full and feel gas inside and at that time itching was more intense. Also when i eat sweet dish or non veg items, after that also i feel more etching.
