Hello.... Hemorrhoids at such young age is rare, but if u are telling it was diagnosed so, then the lesions which u are referring to might be related to that. There will be usually presence of skin tags at the anal opening in cases of hemorrhoids which will be painless. Sometimes the external hemorrhoids with the clotted blood might present similarly, but will be very painful and might require urgent care.
