Well, it depends upon other symptoms of anxiety/depression (if u have any).
If the only problem is disturbed sleep (schedule), I would first want to know your routine like do you work in shifts/have night duties/study/movies etc late in the night?
I would recommend you avoid use of caffeine/ tobacco (esp after 6pm) and restrict your screen time (mobile, tablet etc). Also, make exercise part of your routine.
And about medicines? I would rather recommend a combination of Zolpidem and Melatonin. You might not get it without prescription. You can consult a nearby psychiatrist for the same.
