After taking amitone 10 for 12 days, m feeling better n getting relief from neurogenic bladder, nervousness and pins needles pain Doctor prescribed me this for 15 days Can I take this long term or in case of emergency? Well, I don't have any brain related problem.. My MRI is fine Just anxiety or nervousness cause such problems... This medicine works better than fludac...

Happy to note that with minimal dose you get benefit. Do continue taking the medication.  At the same time continue with your treating doctor and see what else is possible on long term
