Hello there. I can understand your concern.  Treatment doesn't happen like this. .you need to be examined. A detailed history would have to be obtained, A per abdominal and per vaginal  examination will have to be done, certain tests would have to be done then a diagnosis can be established. . consult a gynecologist in person for further evaluation and management.
