I didn't get my periods since 2 and a half months and when I did pregnancy test(both urine and blood) it came out negative. Can I still be pregnant?

If blood test is negative you can't be pregnant. Rule out polycystic ovary in your case by doing sonography. Get your thyroid levels also checked.
