Am I having heart blockage? Why pain?

Dear Doctor, I am 42 years old unmarried man. I am obese 110kg weight and 5 feet 6 inch height. I get pain either in my left arm, right arm chest,  legs for the past few days. I checked ECG few days ago in a Lab, report is normal. Echocardiogram done in July 2019 report is normal. Did Master health check up few days ago report is normal. Having Concor 5mg for high BP, high BP happens only during stress. Mostly my BP at home is 110/ 75. Only on exertion or during mental stress BP goes up. Heart rate goes up to 175 BPM on walking fast. Resting heart rate is normal. Having medicine Nexpro L for GERD. Why am I having pain in chest, left arm, right arm legs, lightheadedness? Note pain not at same time. Sometimes left arm pains a lot. Sometimes right arm. Toes fingers pricking sensation. Shoulder pain. Sometimes chest pain all this at rest. Slight sweating at times. I fear whether there is a possibility of getting heartattack? I want to do CT Angio. Please advise.

Your complain of pain over chest is of concern. Heavy wt. Increased BP and Heart rate on exertion can be because of cardiac condition. However need detail history as to when exactly pain occurs, weather associated with sweating, any family history of cardiac condition.
Next Steps
Consult online.
Health Tips
Consider life style modification to loose wt. and decrease your anxiety.
